How quotes work
Every celebration is unique, so each quote is tailored to your requirements. Once we understand your event, we’ll provide a clear, no-obligation quote before anything is confirmed.
Your personalised quote is based on things such as:
- Event location
- Event date and time
- Event duration
- Music requirements
- Travel distance
- Equipment requirements (if needed)
- Multiple DJs & Creating Your Own Line-up
- Additional setup or early arrival requirements
Every celebration is different. Once we understand what you need, we’ll provide a clear quote before anything is confirmed.
How payment works
Once you are happy with your DJ and final quote, a separate booking fee is paid to BookTheVybe to secure the booking. The remaining DJ balance is then paid directly to the DJ in line with the agreed payment schedule.
All costs and payment dates will be confirmed clearly before you proceed.
